ORGANIZING CONFERENCES/SYMPOSIA/SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS

The Zoological Society of India is committed to its mission to actively engage in the propagation of the zoological, environmental and life sciences and allied fields and to provide a common platform for interaction of the young minds with eminent experts and academic luminaries on the one hand, and to nurture the young and budding researchers and  acquaint them to the current advances in the scientific field on the other hand. To realize this objective the Society regularly organizes symposia and seminars for the upliftment of zoological, life, and natural sciences. 

The Society commands distinguished repute and is well recognised in India and abroad. It has been organizing Symposia, Seminars, and Workshops in collaboration with various universities and academic institutions, research organizations etc. Delegates from national and international institutes and universities enthusiastically participate and exchange their ideas at these august congregations.

All India Congress of Zoology and National Conferences/Seminars/Symposia

The Society has been actively engaged in the organization of conferences/ seminars/ symposia for the promotion of the cause of Zoology and zoologists of India. The All India Congress of Zoology is an annual affair held along with an academic event every year. Until date, 25 All India Congresses of Zoology have been held annually accompanied by organization of conferences/seminars/symposia etc., the details are as follows:
